Unity Connection, Sender Display Name

Hello All, 

I've recently setup Voicemail to Email services within out unity connection server, its working as intended.

The question i have is, how do i change the display name of the sender "Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System" to something more specific to our organization.

This is working as designed, however we can change the name from CLI with SQL query which requires database update. have a check with TAC once and refer below thread for the workaround.

Hello Anil, 

i followed this document.

Basically, the biggest thing to remember is to create a user within exchange that has the ApplicationImpersonation managment role.

Its all detailed in the document above, there is also a specific document on how to complete this with Office 365 deployments.
