We are looking at possibly using Unity Connections with our User community.
I imagine one of the big differences between the two is that connections voicemails that show up in our outlook clients will not be available from the web.
What are some of the real life gotcha's for using Unity Connections that aren't easily gleaned from the documentation?
Thanks

Hi!
Are you talking about Cisco Unity Connection vs. Unity ? Because both products provide Unifies Communications capabilities.
Probably you can take a look to this link:
*** Cisco Messaging Products: Feature Comparison ***
You'll find the most important differences between Unity Products.
When you mention "voicemails that show up in our outlook clients will not be available from the web", do you mean something like the OWA access? Because you'll have the chance to use PCA which will allow you to see your VMs via the web or you can even set an IMAP account to download the VMs using an IMAP client.
For more info about the Cisco PCA refer to:

Tere Stevens.
