Unity default prompts

I have a customer who wishes to change the prompt that get played when a user gets locked out from Unity due to failed password attempts.

The customer wants to change the prompt to give the subscriber the helpdesk number.

What prompt do I need to change, I know TAC will not support this but the customer wants it.

Is the a way to display this message on the Phone via an xml file.

The easiest way to run down a prompt is to search through the PROMPT.INI files found under \commserver\localize\prompts\enu\G711\xxx where xxx is the conversation name. The entire text of every prompt in the system is stored in these INI files so you can search for the phrase you're looking for reasonably easily. I just searched for "locked" and it brought me right to "AvSubSignInENU008.WAV" in the AvSubSignIn directory.

As ever, be careful changing this - it's best to record it with TRAP from the desktop and use the "paste to file" option to save the WAV file out and then use that. Remember that upgrades will wipe out this change so save the wav file somewhere...
