I have a customer that is looking for a feature that tells the subsriber in Unity that they have already replied or already forwarded this message to another subscriber. I thought I saw a conversation on this but cant find it.
Any ideas if this feature is available or on the board for future releases of Unity?

No, Unity doesn't report if you've forwarded or replied to a message from over the phone already - as far as I know this isn't on deck (it hasn't been on any featur lists I've seen anyway). As with all such feature requests, make sure your account team sticks a PERs in for it or the product folks wont know about it...
