Unity Dual Switch Integration - licensing question Unity 4.0(3)

Unity was sold as an IP only integration. My customer needs Dual Switch with an Ericsson PBX. I got the license key from CCO, and I opened a TAC case.

TAC indicated that the license file would not allow me to install Dual Switch Integration. The Cisco SE on the account says that the license key WILL allow me to do dual switch integration.

Who is right? I heard the moderator here has all the answers :)

The SE is correct. Any customer with a 4.0 license can do dual switch. You don't need a special license.
