Actually what happened is that I configured aaa new-model and tacas+ on CCME, no matter what I tried, it wouldn't allow me to login. after removed that, everything is fine.

actually the same has happened to me, on IOS version 12.4(3)e on a Cisco1821 platform. However I need to use aaa tacacs+. I has not succeed to find if it is any known bug or how to avoid this problem. Can you help me?
