Unity Express voicemail script has excess options. How to delete them?

Hi,

CCM version 4.1(3)

CRA for the Auto Attendant function (not using the AA that comes with CUE)

CUE version 2.1

This is regarding the script that a caller gets when he/she is forwarded to unity to leave a message.

How to get to where I'm referring to:

1. Caller leaves message

2. Caller next presses # for more options after leaving a message

3. Machine then asks "If you want to send your message normal priority press 1"

4. Machine then asks "If you want to send your message urgent priority press 2"

Aren't items no. 3 and 4 not supported by unity express? Anyhow, I wish to remove those 2 options. I understand that I'll have to edit a *.aef file to do this? Thing is I'm not sure which script to edit or where to look for the right script to edit.

Currently it is not possible to edit (or upload) the voicemail script file. Those options are supported in CUE but currently cannot be disabled, unfortunately.
