Unity GlobalSubscriber replication

I have a single domain with Unity Voicemail 4.2(1) in each city with it's own offbox Exchange 2000 Message Store.

I created two users in Orlando, OrlandoPhone1 and OrlandoPhone2, completed enrollment, they can send each other voicemails (Login to Phone, Press 2 Compose New Message) and get MWI lights, etc.

These two users OrlandoPhone1 and OrlandoPhone2 are showing up in the Unity Voicemail 4.2(1) Server in Wilmington, however they never show up in the server in Jacksonville (as viewed in Data Link Explorer).

There are no Event Viewer error logs. How do I troubleshoot Unity GlobalSubscriber replication?

Hi Jason!

Please, verify the DC|GC for each Unity server (DC|GC reconnect tool).

Verify that AVDSAD and AVDSGC services in each server are using Directory services account nad those account have proper permissions.

Use DOHProptest Tool and force AD syncronization also.
