I have unity 404sr1 and ccm 334...voicemail only 70 people. When a caller from the outside world or from the inside leave a msg unity only allows 30 seconds and plays the you maximum message length has been reached. I have checked everywhere, the template the the subscribers are in shows msg length as 300 milliseconds...the cos for outside callers shows 300...I am also getting a 634 error that states port (1) recording stopped due to a leading time out silence. Any Ideas...

Open Unity Licensing, check the values for
1) Languages - at least 1
2) Message Recording Full Length - Licensed

Sounds like you need to contact your account team and get a new license (or apply your old one if it didn't take during setup). The 30 second limit is hard coded when the system isn't licensed - it'll also limit you to two active ports and wont let you add more users if you have more than 10 (you can verify this) - it'll run with more users for a while but it wont let you add more.
If it says not licensed, that sounds like what is happening...

The box that Unity 4.0 came in will have a PAK number. Email the PAK number to Licensing@cisco.com and inform them that the license file that was sent to you is missing at least two entries:
Languages and Message Recording Full Length

You should see at least these four lines; they may not all be in one file but so long as they are all there.
