Unity installation fails on "Sentinal System Driver" install

I'm trying to install Unity 4.0(5) on a Windows 2003 SP1. Exchange 2003 SP1 is already intalled. When I go thru the setup by running CUICA, I receive the error "While trying to install the Sentinel System Driver, Windows Installer returned a failure code: 2". I successfuly ran "Sentinel System Driver.msi" ahead of installation as well, buy I'm still getting the same error when I go through intallation.

Please note that Unity is not supported to run on Windows 2003 with SP1 at this time. There are a few know issue that we are working through before we will support it.

Also note that it is not supported to run Exchange 2003 on Unity and Exchange 2003/Windows 2003 are not supported with voice mail only. I'm kinda assuming that is the route you are going here. For voice mail only you must use Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 servers.

You can not install Sentinel through terminal services. You have to install from the FOLDER under commserv if you are in terminal services or use the server console.
