Hi,
Presently, the Cisco unified operation manager has detected insufficient memory on the unity.
Have only 3% memory space. Would like to know what is the caused of the problem and the remedy of it.
Thanks

You have a leak somewhere in Unity. Typically, you have to schedule reboots of Unity every month, depending on it's load. If its loaded down and running hard, I would reboot more often. SQL is a hog. Eventually the physical memory will be full and will not free up.
You can jump on the Unity server, hit the task manager and see what processes are running at 100 percent or what is using all the memroy. This will help you narrow it down at least.
cheers

I have a customer with same issue, but it does not affect the system in usage at all.
There is nothing in Task Manager that says a process like SQLsrvr.exe or Store.exe or AvCSMgr.exe is using it all but the addition of all does equal the available.
It is a very erroneous error and seems nobody is able to say why it happens other than it does.
Yes the odd reboot does resolve this but that is not a good enough fix or workaround.
Did you ever get a proper fix? or have you accepted and just rebooted once in a while?
