Unity LADP Synchronization

Dear Good day

i have problem with integrated and Synchronization of LADP in unity

At first i done Sync in CUCM Call manger for user from Active directory and its working okay but when i done the same configuration with unity it taking more than 14 hours and did not get any user from LADP  so Is there any difference in the synchronization process from cucm and unity

any heeeeelp please

How large is the user search scope on AD (Active Directory) ? More than 60,00 users?

Do you have an LDAP custom filter setup in the LDAP Directory Configuration?

Have you tried using other DC/GC's on the LDAP server information?

Are the users part of a GPO in LDAP?
