Unity Message Without a Unity Account

when I dial an ext number and it is forwarding to Unity Operator and the operator will ask to leave a message, where can I find those messages? because the particular ext number that I dialed does not have a unity account but still I can leave a message, any ideas?

I am assuming that your call is going to the operator callhandler. Open the Operator CH and click on the MESSAGES link.

The messages are going to the MESSAGE RECIPIENT set.

In the Unity Server itself, where can I find the files for these messages? or what folder ? please advise

If Unity does not have any issues, then all the messages would be in the recipient's mailbox. The messages are not saved in Unity folders.
