Unity on UCS

Has anybody put Unity on a UCS and if they have did you use the 1kv or VMware Distributed Switch?  The documentation says that you can use both.

Not sure if this will help much as I myself have not put this on a UCS but had a customer whom did. This may not help but I figure this is a good place for the doc links regarding Unity and installing on UCS.
