Unity playback via Terminal Services Outlook Client?

Any researched the below customer complaint about Windows Terminal Services 2003 and Unity Unified Messaging 4.0(5)?

Q1. Why can’t users listen to their e-mails from home using Terminal Server? Several users (including me) have attempted this and get a message saying the software is out of date and won’t open the voice mail. Same message several users.

In general anything that interacts with a WAV driver at all is not guranteed to work via a TS connection across the boards. this is why any tools that have to envoke a WAV driver (i.e. any of the volume set tools) check to see if they're running in a TS session and will not run if they are. There isn't anything we can do about this on the Unity side of the fence, it's a TS issue.
