I am trying to run the User Message Activity Report report, where I am getting sender ID as callerID, and sometime as "Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System".
Is there a way I can pull a report showing how many voicemails did a user got, what amoung them are read or unread and what VM the user deleted based on CallerID(Phone Number).

Check out this website. There are quite a few Unity tools that will do almost anything you need. It is mostly Cisco developers that created these tools.
