Unity with Siemens EWSD-5 Switch

How do I integrate Unity 4 with a Siemens EWSD-5 switch (release 19)? This is to be a dual switch environment (with CM) and Unified Messaging.

I beleive that is a carrier grade switch and it provides a native SMDI link. For Unity then you would use the following integration guide:

That guide doesn't have much specifics for the switch side. You'll need to rely on local Siemens support to ensure the EWSD-5 has the proper hardware and config.
