Hi
I need help updating the CME 8.1 to CME 8.6 in UC520. Somebody already do? What considerations should I take before do it.
Please let me know what is the correct flow for this update.
Its my first time on this update so I need any kind of recommendation, advise, everything is wellcome

Hi,
UC500 series updates are always available as complete upgrade packages including IOS, Unity Connection Software, Phone Firmware, etc.
You won't find any separate downloads anymore (but some old IOS-versions). Imho it makes sence to upgrade all at once to have tested environment including compatible components.
Package 8.1.0 is up to date while package 8.6.0 (inlcuding CUCME 8.6) is planned for July.
