Upgrade from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2

Hello, this should seem fairly easy but so far it has not been. I just purchased a few 8811 phones, without realizing that I need the 10.5.2 version of Call Manager. I have 10.5.1 currently. Is it easy/free to go to the .2 version? If so, how?

Yes, this a very straightforward upgrade, you simply need to get the ISO from cisco.com and install it via OS admin

as stated its a straight upgrade, no cop file is required, you can download the iso from the below link:

That is perfect. Once I have the download, how do I apply it? Will it cause downtime?

You install it via OS admin, and yes, it will cause downtime while the system is upgrading.
