Upgrade to 8.6.2 : TypeDbErrors.DEVICE_DND_OPTION_NOT_SUPPORTED

Hi,

I have done a software upgrade from version 6.1.3 to 8.6.2 (via 6.1.4).

Eveytime I want to reset a Phone, the following error appears as soon as I click on reset :

"TypeDbErrors.DEVICE_DND_OPTION_NOT_SUPPORTED"

All phones have "<none>" selected in the DND Incoming Call Alert field. If I change <none> by any other value (e.g. "disabled), the problem is solved.

6.1.3 was previously an upgrade from 5.x.

Is is a bug  ? a known problem ?

A bug, I don't know; but I can tell you that we have noticed this when exporting all phones in BAT and then reimporting them.  If the field was not exactly as CUCM wanted it, even though it exported it that way, it would not reimport.  The fix is to bulk edit or export/fix the csv/reimport.
