Hi,
our users complain about the following scenario:
User Peter is on holiday and forwards all calls to his colleague Tom. When the Tom forwards to Unity (4.03 SR1) and a caller calls Peter he will be forwarded to Unity, but to Peter's greeting, the message is in Peter's Exchange-Account.
Is there a chance to change this behaviour? Best would be to send the caller to Tom's greeting and have the message in Toms' account.
Thank for your help
Axel

The TSP always uses the first forwarding station for forwarding data. You can use extensions remapping if you need to change the forwarding station. Check out:
Thanks,
Keith

Hi Keith,
thank you for your reply.
It is not changeable, that the TSP uses the last forwarding station, right? (That was what I want to do).
I had a look at the mapping document, but just mapping would not solve my problem.
Kind regards,
Axel
