Hi there, I am using CUCM 8.5.1 and I have a user that has a desk phone and a corporate cell phone. The cell phone is set to ring 4 seconds after the desk phone. The user wants to access the voicemail of his desk phone when out of the office by using his company cell phone (the one that the desk phone is forwarded to). When the user dials the desk phone and gets to the voicemail, hitting * does not prompt him to enter the extension and pin as it should... it just asks the user to leave a voicemail. We can access the voicemail using ANY other phone... I don't see why his company cell phone is causing the issue? Could this be caused by the forwarding that is configured?

So, for the same call flow, any other land line or mobile does work?
I'd think that is a DTMF / carrier problem.

Thank you, this makes sense, seems like the DTMF tones might be compressed by the carrier in order to conserve bandwidth but this results in issues with some phone systems. I appreciate the help!
