I need Support ASAP
I have problem that users with correct service profile and IM & P option check configured not show in presence topology in IM and Presence
I try many things and restart and on troubleshooter I see unassigned users so I assign presence users and also not came in presence topology on IM
also inter cluster peering with another IM in same domain from site to the affected site show error (Peer Connectivity Connected Not reachable (Check peer address is valid, AXL is running on peer and AXL username/password credentials are valid)
I notices that call manager self-signed certificate and also tomcat-trust on CUP are expired
Can this make these problems or not related
