vmo volume control

Is there any way to boost the volume of the msg playback besides the vmo volume setting?

My customer has the vmo volume setting at max and can hardly hear voice msg. They need to crank up the volume knob of the pc speaker to hear it and then everything else is way too loud.

Have you tried the volume settings on the PC?

all software volume settings are set to desired volume level. But when user tries to listen to vm, they can barely hear it even after maxing the vmo volume setting & then need to turn speaker volume button to max to hear. This of course, now causes everything else to be too loud, unless user remembers to turn speaker volume knob back down.

So user is forced to manually adjust speaker volume every time they try to listen to vm over pc.
