There is one affected user in our Enterprise. When playing voicemails that are set to play back on phone, the messages sometimes play over internal speakers.
If you replay the same message it likely goes right back to the playing over the phone. All settings indicate playing over phone. The voicemail is not accessed in any odd way, simply hitting the play button.
Obviously, we'd like to always play back on the phone, as the configuration would suggest. Any ideas what might be causing this?
