Hello,
We're using PCP and CUC 11.5
We have a voicemail template with Message actions 'accept and relay' and I entered the SMTP smart host (is this correct?)
In Unity connections SMTP host has been configured as the same.
I want to understand why this is not functioning as expected?

I used this new voicemail template and set it as active, but the settings are not taking.

The best solution I could find is setting the email address to be %userID%@domain.com
If there are any discrepancies between userID and the email address it needs to be manually updated in Unity.
