We have Cisco Unity connections ver 7.1.3. We also have some wav files that were created for call handlers. These wav files sound fine when playing through the computer. When I attmpted to upload them to the CUC server they upload fine, but when they are played back, it plays so fast it sounds like the chipmunks. I am unable to slow the message down vis the slider on the control panel on CUC screen.
Any help would be grealty appreciated.

Are you playing it directly from the java app or are you playing it through the phone TUI (not click on the java, play on phone)
I notice that in 7.1.3, it sometimes checks the play faster in user playback....

Thank you for the quick reply. I fouind out that the WAV files were not modified in any way. Once I modified them to CCITT u-Law 44Khz and 8bit mono that seemed to work.
