The security guide for CUCM states that FIPS isn't supported with Online CA or CAPFv3:

I haven't found any mention online of CAPFv3 other than this statement. Can anyone explain it?
If CAPFv3 is just regular old CAPF, that means that under FIPS you can't sign LSCs.
