What is the impact if the users are not LDAP synced in unity

Hi All

Nearly 500 users who are LDAP Synced in CUCM , but do not appear in a Unity LDAP Sync filter. What is broken for them if they are not synced on Unity.

If the users are not fetched, because the filter is wrong, then the users will get delete in the end. First the will be set to status "inactive" and then will be deleted. Which (you can probably think on your own) will delete there voicemail box.
Maybe you should check out some documents of LDAP sync config and so on to get more info about that topic.

I have never see users are et deleted from unity , if they are not sync with unity

Then I could work differently compared to CUCM.
