Widgets Click to Call

All,

I installed Widgets Click to Call with the following registry settings:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Cisco]

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Cisco\Unified Communications]
"CCMCIPServer"="10.1.1.11"
"WebDialerServer"=""
"OverrideLocalCCMCIPServerSetting"=”0”
"OverrideLocalWebDialerServerSetting"=”0”
"OverrideLocalUsernameSetting"=”1”
"UseDefaultWindowsUserName"=”1”
"UseEncryptedCredentials"=”0”
"ResetProtocolHandlers"=”0”
"DisableCommunicator"=”1”
"DisplayPreferencesOnStartup"=”1”
"AllowSystemTray"=”1”

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Cisco\Unified Communications\Dial Rules]

“OutsideLine”=”0”
“InternationalPrefix”=”00”
“DialingCodeConfigurable”=”1”

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\PersonaMenu]
"Phone"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\PersonaMenu]
"Phone"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\PersonaMenu]
"Phone"=dword:00000000

When I try to use the dial through the Word or Excel, I get the following message:

"There is no configuration available to open the application Click to Call"

Could anyone help me?

CUCM version: 8.0.3.20000-2
Click to Call Version: 8-0-2540

Thanks in advance,

Luciane de Medeiros
