Hi All,

 

We facing an issue about Email notification in CUC 10.5. we enabled the email notification function in customer site, everytime they got a new message, they will receive the message attachment email, and that is working fine. But customer report that they will receive another email for counting their message, message like :

 

Subject: Message notification: Voice message from 9XXXXXX

 

You Have a New Voicemail...!!!

Voice Count: 40

Voice message from 9XXXXXX received 10:40 AM 11/26/2018

 

do you know anyway that I can disable this message?

Looks like you have configured the email also under the notification devices.

Users -> Edit -> Notifications Devices

Click the one that is enabled and untick the "Enable" to disable the alert.
