Cisco Unity Transfer

Do anyone tested by using the Cisco Unity Connection, it allow the user to enter the extension willing to transfer during the greeting?

Mean the user will get prompt about "Please key in the extension willing to transfer follow by #, otherwise, please press 0 for operator"?

How can I do it?

In the call handler, it only allow to transfer after the greeting to another caller system transfer.

Any idea?

Have you tried doing what you said you want????

By default that's the behavior you get and you don't need to do absolutely anything to get it to work

Only if you need to reach non-susbcriber DNs, you check the option to allow transfer to non subscriber/CH DNs in the greeting,.and adjust the restriction tables.
