We are running Unity Connection 10.5.2.10000-5 and some of our users access their voice messages through IMAP with Outlook 2013 and 2016. I am receiving complaints regarding the inability to delete messages from Outlook. When attempting to delete a message from Outlook we get an error message saying "The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted." From what I understand this is due to the process of deleting a message in Unity Connection being different than an IMAP email deletion.
Is there any way that we can allow our users to delete messages from their Outlook?
