mac for MCS builds does not match the original license. If something was entered

Hi friends, I am currently presenting this problem, can you tell me how you solved it?
Migrate from MCS to Virtual mi cluster version 8.6
The cisco licensing team sent me the licenses and when uploading them I get this error.
When you contacted Licensing did you provide the actual "Licence MAC" from your CUCM Publisher? On virtual installs it creates a synthetic MAC address which is not the same as the actual Ethernet MAC. You can display it with the CLI command "show status".
