Hi All,
I have a little problem with a call handler on Unity Connection 8.5 in SCCP with my CUCM 8.5
I would like to have a greeting on only one DN when a call is forwarded on it.
I found a solution on my lab but she doesn't work on the costumer system.
I use a Hunt Pilot with Calling Transform Mask to X to identify the greeting with the forwarded routing rule CALLING NUMBER = X
On my lab,
On my costumer,
It's very estrange because i test this solution on a version 7.1 and 8.6 and i haven't this problem to change the Calling Mask for internal call.
I seen this bug CSCtn38353 but for the moment i don't sure about it.
And on the logs of the CCM i found corretly the good calling number on the Station Call Info for unity SCCP port... But, i see only the real calling number on RTMT port on unity wich is the cgpnVoiceMailbox
Any idea ?

Hi Matthieu,
Can you please attach the traces, for a call with the calling and called party numbers and also can you attach a screenshot of the calling number transformations.
Regards
Niket

I have found the Bug for my problem....
Need ability to route calls based on CalledParty SCCP element | |
Symptom: For Unity Connection in a SCCP/Skinny integration with overlapping dial-plans, in some situations it may not be possible for Connection to route calls to the correct mailbox.Conditions:Currently on forwarded calls for SCCP, Unity Connection routes on: 1) originalCpdnVoiceMailbox if non-zero 2) else originalCalledParty |
So, the only way that i have, it is the upgrade... ^^

Hi All,
The update does not have to correct my issu with the Call Handler rules...
So, i have tested the same configuration on UnityCnx 8.5SU4 and 8.6
- On 8.5SU4 : We cannot join the Call Handler on internal call
- On 8.6 : it's work fine!
Have you the same issu on UnityCnx 8.5 ?
A Call Handler with a personal greeting don't be played in internal call....
