I just deployed Unity Express (8.6.7) and it works great. One odd thing. When I call into my CME router I have it forward the calls to the Unity Express Auto Attendant and that also works great as I hear the default sample auto attendant. The thing that is odd is that when I try to enter an extension number with my phone keypad, it does not dial an extension but Unity express just tells me to enter a last name...so it's as if it's not picking up on the fact that I'm entering an extension right away - - I can do the dial by name though so that's odd.
Anything I'm missing? We are using an ISDN PRI for incoming calls.

Is the issue happening internally as well?

It was only happening externally but the issue was that I just needed to edit the script and set it up correctly - - which I had not yet done :(
