Unity 4.0.4 UM with CCM 3.3.4 sr2

I just built a Unity Server with 4.0.4 with all the recommended OS updates. Unity comes up fine and shows that it is running. I can launch the Tools Depot and do Bulk Edits and Imports. However, I cannot launch the SA web page. IE returns an error of "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". I have checked IIS to make sure that it was running and all the services look like they fine. Has anyone seen this before?

Have you tried to restarting WWW service?
