recently I have been experiencing a problem with a user mailbox which is supposed to be integrated with Exchange 2007. The point is that the mail address was changed and since then it is not working. I am trying to test it and I am prompted wit the following:

I have a working and non working examples. When the address is changed to workforceadmin it is working fine and the test succeeds, when it is reverted to ampmfoodteam it does not. The workforceadmin is used for another mailbox/extension and it is doing well. I reached the Exchange techs and they replied with the following:
The 2 mailboxes do correspond exactly, we found that the mailbox ampmfoodteam had on app impersonation associated and the workforceadmin had 2 impersonations set we associated the other impersonation. There might be a replication issue that it can take up to 24hrs, would it be ok to test tomorrow or Monday?
