Unity Phrase Server Error

When trying to transfer to a Directory Handler, Unity 4.0.4SR1,we have only one Directory Handler, we get the message, sorry this system is temporarily out of order. In the event log I see three

Cisco Unity's Phrase Server Manager experienced a serious error.

EXPLANATION:

Failed to get Phrase Server's multi-use Phrase Server from the VariantList.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Method: CAvPhraseServerMgr::CreatePhraseServerSUByProgID

Phrase Server MU ProgID: AvAddrSearchENU.CMultiUse

ProgId: AvAddrSearchENU.CSingleUse

Error: 0x80070057 E_INVALIDARG

Followed by three

CAvCDEConvBase::InitPhraseServerSU() failure from CreatePhraseServerSU (error=0x80004005) for conversation [AddrSearchConv:AvAddrSearch:ENU].

Anyone ever see this? I serched on these boards and someone pointed to missing .wav files. I have looked and the files are the same. Any suggestions?

This is a long shot since your app log is not complete from the time of last reboot.

Look for "AvAddrSearchENU005.wav" in the CommServer\localize\Prompts\ENU\G711\AvAddrSearch directory. If it does not exists, copy it from your unity cd.

Does the prob happen immediately after reboot or does it start happening after 10 minutes, a day, or a week?

If it happens right away, look through the app logs for VbRun event.
