Unity Plays Greeting Hangs up

Hello,

I have a Unity 4.04 VMO setup with a Nortel Meridian-1. It is licensed for 900 users and 10 ports. After ring no answer the greeting is played, as soon as the greeting is finished Unity hangs up and does not allow you to leave a message. There have been some messages in the event viewer that say "The product Microsoft Exchange 2000 server is out of licenses..." and " The product Windows Server is out of Licenses".

Does anyone have any ideas?

The default subscriber template had the "After Greeting" set to "Send Caller to Hang Up". Changed the setting of both the subcribers (via Bulk Edit) and template to "Take Messages"
