VMWare Foundation Upgrade for UC on UCS

Are there any upgrade SKU's to upgrade a customer from VMWare Foundation to Standard, Enterprise or Enterprise Plus?

• As others have pointed, if you buy VMware from Cisco, then the following "upgrades" are not offered:
  

1. Change OEM (e.g. Cisco UC Virt. Foundation to VMware vSphere Ent Ed)

2. Change Edition (e.g. VMware vSphere Std to vSphere Ent Ed)
