Acceptance terms in CIMC-SUP-TERM

Good Day,

Can I get the actual terms outlined in CIMC-SUP-TERM (Acceptance of Cisco IMC Supervisor)?  I have a customer wanting to read these over before they purchase it but I am unable to find the terms.
