1. Doess the 2.2(c) have any compatibility issue with regards to ESXi operation
2. What ESXi version will it be supported
3. Will it also affect VMGuest

Not all the ESXi versions may be supported but if you need to know if your version esxi is supported, please see compatibility matrix below.

VM guest are not affected by the version of the firmware only by the OS.
