Flexpod Using Cisco MDS for Block storage

 I am looking for a Flexpod deployment/implementation guide (with diagrams) with CIsco MDS for block storage with CIsco UCS and Netapp FAS8K or with any Netapp FASxxx. I could not find any doc here at Cisco nor the Netapp site.  Any lead is appreciated. Thank you.
