HX installer failed in one node

Deploying HX on 240 M5 All flash (3 nodes)

HX version 2.6

Successfully installed on 2 nodes 

1 node failed with error "failed with 'find':/var/stv': No such file or directory'

does it related hardware issue?

Greetings.

I have seen that a few times when there was a previous config left over, with existing partitions.

Try re-running the HX customized esxi installer ISO, and then make sure you pick 'clean up partitions' during the deployment on that node.

Thanks for your response

I've seen this many time as well but it solve by redeploy all components with clean up disk (FI, ESXi, and HX) but this node keep failed while the other two fine

any other thoughts ?
