I cannot run UCS simulator on Windows 10

I am having trouble running UCS simulator on Windows 10. It was working fine, I guess some Window and/or Java update has caused the trouble. It downloads ucsm.jnlp, after some moments, I get a message after verifying application -- Unlable to launch the application.

What should I do?

I am trying to run Cisco UCS Manager - 2.0 (0.92739) version.

It is likely a java version update.

If possible do you have another machine or guestVM you can connect to, to attempt a connection from?  The point would be that hopefully the other machine has an older version of java, i.e. ver 7, and adjust the java security settings to prompt for things (unknown/untrusted certificates).
