The UCSM does not directly have an audit-alerting functionality, but does have an audit log along with syslog functionality.
The UCSM powershell tools do have an cmdlet callet get-ucsaudit that can pull the full audit log or filter for specific strings from a remote management workstation.
Something more akin to an alert, would require pointing your UCSM to a syslog server, and have some sort of alerting on your syslog server that queries for specific service profile names or objects.
