I have been trying to install Windows 2019 on a few new UCS C240 M5s. The whole installation process is done remotely through CIMC. After created a virtual disk from RAID, I booted the server from SCU. I was then able to add all the drivers and initiated the OS install. I then follow the prompt swap to the Windows OS iso. However, each time the OS installation will fail with error "Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\autounattend.xml]. The specified file does not exist."
I tried to installed the OS directly without the drivers. After the OS installation, I use SCU to install drivers. But somehow SCU keeps crashing. I end up had to install the drivers one by one... I tried with 2016 install and had exact same issue.
Does anyone encounter the similar issue? My IMC Firmware version is 4.0(2c).

Have you managed to solve this problem?
I have the same too.

The root cause of this is because the server didn't come with physical RAID Control card. So it was using SoftwareRAID which doesn't work well with Windows installation (sort of chicken egg situation).
