RAID configuration on UCS C240 is disabled

Hi everyone, 

Can anyone give a me shoot on to why my RAID configuration on UCS C240 is grayed out, I can create logical drive or virtual drive although all my 24 physicals drive is present.

Either the drives are all in jbod mode, or your controller is a HBA (non-raid) model.

For raid controller connected drives, the drives need to be 'unconfigured good' mode.
