Hi,
I have got one UCS for lab practice but when I started the FI 6120 i found on console that it is in loader mode.
I also tried to reboot it twice or thrice but still it is in same state. When I tried with dir command I found there is nothing in its bootflash. The output is below for your reference.
loader> dir
bootflash:
lost+found
loader> boot
Error 30: Invalid argument. Please do "help <cmd_name>" to get the usage
Also i found that kickstart image to boot UCS is not publically available to download. Please suggest if I can recover this FI to normal mode.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
the problem as same, my FI 6120 firmware is crash.
you need 3 file:
- ucs-6100-xx-kickstart.xxxx.bin
- ucs-6100-xx-system.xxx.bin
- ucs-manager-xxxx.bin
to get 3 file do you call TAC, because the file not publish.
for step:
1. do you put 3 file to tftp server.
2. set ip FI
3. boot kickstar from tftp.
3. copy 3 file to FI

Hi Sendi,
I called TAC but TAC engineer also published the same bundle for me which I downloaded from my CCO. TAC engineer also told that these three files are the part of same bundle but I am unable to extract the bundle file as it is in .bin format.
Please help if any how I can get these three files or what should I ask from TAC engineer.
Thanks & Regards,
